The parent,
on file.
HREHOLDING1, LLC is a holding company and centralized administrative office headquartered in Lehi, Utah — organized to hold, administer and keep structure legible.
Why this
group exists.
HREHOLDING1, LLC was organized on a premise most groups learn the hard way: entities don't fail because they were formed wrong — they fail because nobody kept them current. Registers go stale, filings lapse, and the record that should exist at the parent exists nowhere.
The company exists to close that gap. As a holding company we maintain ownership structures — bank, thrift, insurance, utility, railroad and nonbank entities — and as a centralized administrative office we run the layer beneath them: registers, calendars, filings, officer records, subsidiary management.
The Lehi headquarters is the group's office of record. Every entity under the parent answers to one governance calendar and one register — the same document, kept the same way, for every drawer in the system.
"An entity is only as good as the file that documents it."
HREHOLDING1 · Founding premiseRules of
the office.
Six standing rules behind the filing system.
Separate books
Each entity keeps its own accounts, officers and obligations. The parent consolidates on paper — never in the accounts.
Contemporaneous record
Resolutions, consents and minutes are drafted when the decision happens — not reconstructed when the audit letter arrives.
One calendar
Meetings, filings, renewals and audits run on a single group calendar administered from Lehi — nothing lapses unnoticed.
Good standing always
An entity out of good standing is an administrative failure — quarterly checks confirm every entity's status across jurisdictions.
Auditable by default
Registers, consents and minutes are organized for outsiders to read — production-ready for auditors, regulators and counsel.
Outlive the officers
Records are kept so the next officer inherits a file, not a mystery — succession documented like every other resolution.

The essentials, on file. For registry inquiries, administrative-office matters and group-structure questions, write to the Lehi office — every request is answered by an officer, not a queue.
